Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: “RODO”), we inform you that the Administrator of the personal data of visitors to the https://epzabkowice.pl website is EURO-PARK Ząbkowice Sp. z o.o, with the seat in Powstańców Warszawy 8W, 57-200 Ząbkowice Śląskie.

Basis and purposes of the processing of personal data

The basis for the processing of personal data is article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) RODO, i.e. the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator in the collection of cookies for analytical and statistical purposes.

Source of personal data

Personal information is provided directly to the Administrator by the Site User.

Other sites’ embedded content

Articles on this site may contain embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other sites behaves similarly to how a user would behave if he or she visited a particular site directly.

Sites may collect user information, use cookies, attach additional third-party tracking systems, and monitor interactions with embedded material (including tracking interactions with embedded material if you have an account and login on that site).

Safety of your data

We process the personal information you provide securely, using appropriate organizational and technical security measures as required by applicable law, including encrypting the connection using TLS 1.3 protocol.

With whom we share the data

 Personal data may be shared with external entities that process personal information entrusted to or shared by the Administrator under applicable contracts, agreements or laws.

Transfer of personal data to third countries or international organizations

As a general rule, personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). However, taking into account the services provided by the Administrator’s subcontractors in providing support for ICT services and IT infrastructure, the Administrator may outsource certain activities or IT tasks to approved subcontractors operating outside the EEA. This may result in the transfer of your data outside the EEA. The specific countries outside the EEA where your personal data will be processed provide an adequate level of data protection (in accordance with EEA standards) in accordance with the decision of the European Commission.

How long we keep the data

Personal data will be processed until you object to the processing of your personal data.

Rights related to the data

You have the right to rectify your personal data if it is inaccurate. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to restrict the processing of your personal data. If you discover that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (2 Stawki St., 00-193 Warsaw).

Voluntary nature of providing information and consequences of not doing so

Providing personal information is voluntary. The consequences of not providing personal information will be that you will not be able to use most of the features of the Site.

Profiling

The Administrator will not make any automated decisions based on the personal data provided, including decisions based on profiling as defined by RODO.

About cookies

When browsing the web pages of the Website, “cookies” are used, i.e. small pieces of text information that are stored on the user’s terminal equipment in connection with the use of the Website. Their use is aimed at the correct functioning of the pages of the Website.

The “cookies” used by the Administrator are safe for users’ devices. In particular, they do not allow viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter the User’s equipment. These files make it possible to identify the software used by the user and to customize the website for each user. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the time they are stored on the device and the value assigned to them.

Two types of cookies are created:

User cookies – set when a user logs in, stores login information, and expires when the user logs out.

Comment cookies – set when someone comments on the blog, stores the visitor’s name, email address, and URL.

The User may change the settings regarding “cookies” independently and at any time, specifying the conditions for the storage and access of “cookies” on the User’s device. The modification of the settings referred to in the previous sentence can be carried out by the User through the settings of the Internet browser or through the configuration of the Service. In particular, these settings can be modified in such a way as to block the automatic handling of “cookies” in the settings of the Internet browser or to inform about their placement on the User’s device each time.
